2. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility.
3. Return Shipping & Liability
In accordance with our Return Policy:

Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.

Tracking Requirement: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Returns for Store Credit Only
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

Returns are issued via Electronic Gift Card (Store Credit) only.

All items marked "Sale" or purchased during a promotional event are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is "Refused/Return to Shipper," a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium Blue INC (DBA: Blue Jeans) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
